PPVC Introduction

The modular building Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (abbreviated PPVC) divides the building into a number of space modules. All equipment, pipelines, interior decoration and fixed furniture inside modules are pre‑fabricated in factory, and facade decoration can also be finished. These modular components are delivered to construction site and assembled reliably just like "building blocks". It is a high‑end product for construction industrialization with extremely high integrity.

The HSP office building consists of foyer steel frame plus 69 standard box‑type steel‑structure modules. Both plane and facade of the whole building follow modular coordination design principle. The building is divided into Zone A and Zone B. Zone A adopts 38 standard modules with dimension 3600mm(W) × 13800mm(L) × 3500mm(H). Zone B adopts 31 standard modules with dimension 3600mm(W) × 14436mm(L) × 3500mm(H).
