Structural Composition
The ore‑bin consists of multiple segmented curved wear‑resistant steel plates. Every segment is equipped with bolt‑on flanges, stiffener ribs and mounting supports. Segments can be assembled into cylindrical silos or curved chutes. Wear‑resistant liners and outer reinforcing ribs are installed to resist impact from bulk ore.
Manufacturing Process
CNC cutting for heavy steel‑plate, plate rolling and bending, groove welding, non‑destructive weld inspection, anti‑abrasion treatment, sand‑blasting rust removal, anti‑corrosion painting, segmented marking and packaged delivery. The split‑type modular design facilitates transportation and on‑site assembly.
Application Scenarios
It is widely applied in mine‑crushing workshops, aggregate processing plants, port ore‑transfer stations and metallurgical raw‑material conveying systems. It guides bulk ore and sand and realizes gravity‑driven material transportation.
